Selection of Wind Turbine Based on Fuzzy Analytic Network Process: A Case Study in China

Wind turbine selection is an evaluation problem involving many factors, such as technology, economy, society, etc., and there exist internal dependencies circular relationships among these factors. This increases the complexity of problem. At same time, with development wind power types turbines on market are increasing. Therefore, it necessary to establish a scientific comprehensive system guide work. paper extends traditional indicator system, selecting total twelve indicators from three aspects: operation reliability, supplier cooperation. The selected defined in detail clarify relationship between them. Then triangular fuzzy number introduced accurately reflect preference information obtained experts, analytical network process (FANP) model for unit constructed by combining programming (FPP) analytic (ANP). In end, case study China carried out. Results show that 2.5 W produced Goldwind obtains best value, which consistent expanding share permanent magnet direct-drive turbines. could provide references future questions.
